Registration is on a first come first served basis. The Ozone Certification Course May 17 - 18, 2012 is now sold out. Clear your calender for the next course, November 1- 6, 2012 in Reno Nevada. We always suggest registering as soon as possible, because the course always sells out at least 1 or 2 months in advance!

How to register for the Beginning Prolozone and the rest of the "Essentials of Natural Medicine" Program:

1/ Download the Registration Form by clicking here, or anywhere on the Details Page where you see Register Now!
2/ Choose the course or courses you wish to attend.
3/ Complete the lower section of the Registration Form with Payment Information to pay by Credit Card. If you prefer to pay by check, please send your check for appropriate amount to the address noted at the bottom of the form (checks must be drawn on USA Banks and be in US Dollars only).
4/ Fax your form to the number at the bottom of the Registration Form.
5/ Call the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno Nevada to book your room immediately 775-789-2000 (or toll free for those in Canada and the USA 1-800-501-2651).The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino hosts many large conventions with attendees of up to 5000 people; book your room as soon as possible to ensure they have space available for you!).
6/ Arrange your travel to the Reno / Tahoe International Airport. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the airport, with a Shuttle Bus that runs every 1/2 hour.
